- Rich in Antioxidants: The antioxidants in moringa help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
- Helps in Managing Arthritis: Watch this video of two visitors on our farm to hear first-hand how an aunt is managing her arthritis with a daily moringa ritual.
Moringa is a treasure trove of nutrients. And when you pluck the leaves fresh from your own tree, the health benefits are amplified. I’ve been making moringa tea regularly, especially during the winter months, to boost my immunity and keep those pesky colds at bay. It’s an easy way to incorporate moringa into my daily diet.

Harvesting Moringa from your own tree
The moringa tree on my farm is just next to the boundary wall. And the fresh green leaves I wanted to pluck were slightly higher than my reach. I’ve always been a bit of a daredevil, and this time, it was all for a cup of tea! To capture a video of myself plucking fresh moringa leaves, I had to connect with my monkey instincts. I balanced my phone on a branch, carefully climbed the boundary wall, and stretched to reach the lush, green leaves.
That’s why you see my smiling into the camera in the beginning because I managed it! 🙂
Savour the warm, comforting cup and enjoy the season!
Happy growing, happy winter.
