Winter in Udaipur brings with it a bounty of fresh herbs, and dill (called suva in Hindi) is one of my favourite herbs to cook with, these days. There’s no better way to celebrate its delicate flavour than with a refreshing Dill and Yogurt Dip. This versatile dip is perfect with crackers or as a delightful Indian Raita.
