All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site. Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the site or reliance on any information provided on the site. Your use of the Site and your reliance on any information on the Site is solely at your own risk.

In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to My Weekend Kitchen will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. All the content on the Site and Services including photographs, recipes, and articles are the Intellectual Property of My Weekend Kitchen. Using our Site and Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights on our Site, in our Services, or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain written permission from us or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Your Content on our Site and Services

You agree to hold My Weekend Kitchen harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting Content on the Site, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. Business uses of our Site and Services

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify My Weekend Kitchen and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Site or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, r any other damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Additionally My Weekend Kitchen is not liable for damages in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure; loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, or any other theory of legal liability. The foregoing applies even if My Weekend Kitchen has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages.

In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall our cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed INR 1000.

The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

About these Terms

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service.

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and this Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy by posting those changes on this page.

If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. These terms control the relationship between My Weekend Kitchen and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
