Fresh Dill & Yogurt Dip
As the season brings fresh dill to our tables, there's no better way to celebrate its delicate flavour than with a refreshing Dill and Yogurt Dip. This versatile dip is perfect with crackers or as a delightful Indian Raita.

Ingredients

cup
Plain Yogurt
preferably thick
1/2
cup
Fresh Dill
finely chopped
3
clove
Garlic
minced (optional)

Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Olive oil
Instructions
In a jar/bowl, combine the yogurt, chopped dill (keep about 2 tbsp for garnish), minced garlic (if using), and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with some fresh dill.
Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, vegetable sticks, quinoa bowls or as a raita with your favourite Indian dishes.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers to use within 2-3 days.
For a creamier dip, use hung curd.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
If you don’t have lemon juice, white vinegar can be used.
