No matter the season, there is nothing as refreshing as a glass of mint lemonade. And when it is made with fresh mint and lemons plucked recently from the plant, the simple drink is incredibly flavourful without any effort!

Ingredients
2lemonsabout 5 tbsp lemon juice
½cupfresh mint leaves
2tbsphoneyor any sweetener of choice
1tsprock salt
1tsproasted cumin powder
4cupswater
Instructions
Add one cup of water to a jar.
Squeeze in the lemons.
Loosely tear the mint leaves and add to the lemonade.
Add in honey, salt and cumin powder and mix well.
Top with remaining water.
Taste and adjust if required.
Pour in glasses and serve. (You may strain if someone doesn't want mint leaves in their drink.)
Notes
Depending on the weather, add ice if required.
You can also use half water and half soda/sparkling water if you wish to make it a little bubbly!
